Project title: Tragedies, destinies and solutions. Activity area: Culture and education of children and youth, transmission of the memory of the Chernobyl disaster. Place of implementation: Village Nisimkovichi, Chechersk district. Target group: Village population, children, youth, tourists. Project duration: One year. Project aim: Rehabilitation of Nisimkovichi village, improvement of patriotic education of children and youth, attracting tourists. Within the project proposal it is supposed to establish a connection between historic events: visible and invisible wars. Objectives: - Restoration of historic monuments of the Great Patriotic war;
- Reconstruction of post-chernobyl events;
- Replenishment of the school museum with materials and exhibits, dedicated to the tragedies of the Great patriotic War and Chernobyl, as well as materials on rehabilitation of normal living conditions.
Project implementation/Activities: - Reconstruction of the partisan camp and the memorial complex on the territory of disposition of the 1st Gomel partisan brigade;
- Reconstruction of the post-Chernobyl events in the village;
- School museum exhibition renovation;
- Organizing an activity: "Role of each and every person in the history and development of our village".
Expected results: - Materials on historic events of the village are collected;
- School museum is renovated;
- Revival of the local population strength of mind has started;
- School museum is included into the newly created tourist route "The Golden Ring of Gomel Area".
